FINMA authorization as an independent asset manager (Art. 5 para. 1 FinIA)
ARM Asset Risk Management AG is considered an asset manager within the meaning of Art. 17 Para. 1 FINIA and manages individual portfolios within the meaning of Art. 19 Para. 1 FinIA. Based on an order, it provides financial services on a commercial basis in the name and on account of customers.
The company is in the approval process and has submitted the relevant applications to the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA to obtain the license as an independent asset manager in accordance with Article 5 para. 1 FinIA and Art. 74 para. 2 FiaIA.
Ombudsman’s Office and customer complaints (Art. 16 FinIA)
Any customer complaints must be submitted to the company in writing. The corresponding form can be obtained via the following e-mail address kundenbeschwerden@assetrisk.ch.
Financial intermediaries now must join an ombudsman's office in mediation proceedings to settle legal disputes. This procedure is free of charge for customers and is intended to induce the parties to reach a fundamentally amicable solution. This arbitration board must be unbureaucratic, fair, quick and impartial.
